Elizabeth is Andy Abbott who in the instances producing the sounds on this record is using- guitar, two loop pedals, effects pedals, contact mics, bicycle wheel, small vodka bottle, toy piano, kalimba, Titi's tuning pipes, and records by Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, The Choir of Christ's College Cambridge and a reading of 'The Pilgrims Progress' by David Davis.

All things recorded in various domesticities (bedrooms and living rooms) in Leeds and Saltaire between 2006 and 2007 using the Audacity free software recording programme.

Released on tape by More Pricks than Records in 2008.
