The second full length album from Andrew DR Abbott, following 2019's 'Dead in Chellow Dean'.

Here Andy presents a new collection of instrumental tracks performed on 8-String Baritone Acoustic guitar, with interludes on less familiar instruments, that convey a dream-journey through a postcapitalist utopia called Erewyrehve.

Acting as the closing chapter to a trilogy that includes 2018's 'Live on Daisy Hill' (Bloxham Tapes) and the aforementioned 'Dead in Chellow Dean' (Cardinal Fuzz / Feeding Tube Records), 'Erewyrehve' is the most optimistic and forward-looking set of songs; a musical line of flight from the bleak landscape and conditions under which it was composed in Bradford 2020.

Loving this album - great guitar soli that doesn’t slavishly follow the well worn path. The classic Takoma tradition is referenced, but stripped of overt Americana. Goitside, in particular, is phenomenally good - a track to entirely lose yourself in. This is pure North Country Primitive. Nigel Spencer
